We kindly ask you to take note of the following information:
- The Villa offers 9 double rooms that can be used also as single rooms, plus one wedding room (max. 20 persons).
If the group doesn’t reach the minimum of 8 requested persons some additional costs will be applied. - Through the attached form it is possible to book your stay. We kindly ask you to return it as soon as possible.
- The booking confirmation is definitely only through a bank deposit of CHF 500.- that has to take place 30 days before your stay at the following bank address:

IBAN CH09 0076 4197 5750 C000 C - The cancellation of the booking is possible within 30 days before the client stay (without any additional fee) over this deadline a deposit of CHF 500.- will be asked.
- The Restaurant will serve dinner within 19:30 pm and not later.
- Check-in within 13:00 p.m. and 17:00 p.m. Check-out within 10:00 a.m.
- We inform you that during the season it is possible that the Restaurant organizes some banquets that could disturb the stillness of the customers night stay.
- It is forbidden to bathe , the administration declines any responsibility.
- Sheets and towels will be changed after 3 days in case of a 4 night stay.
- At our kiosk from 9:00 a.m. till 17:00 p.m. you can buy toothpaste, toothbrush, shampoo and sanitary towels.
