In case of bad weather:
The decision to carry out where the religious ceremony and the aperitif should be taken not later than 24 hours before the ceremony;
If the ceremony and the aperitif will take place inside of the villa no extra charge will be applied;
If the weeding couple doesn’t contact the administration within 24 hours, the administration will decide the location of the ceremony based on the weather forecast.
Cancellation charges:
No charges up to 6 months before the reserved date;
50% between 4-6 months before the reserved date;
100% for less than 4 months before the reserved date.
Deposit:
We ask for a deposit of 50% of the total amount agreed, to be paid the latest 30 days before the reserved date.
Restaurant:
In case of ceremony consumer is mandatory.
Celebrations:
For safety reason it is forbidden to light fires on the Island. Fireworks are only allowed if exploded from the lake. Lanterns, torches and candles are not allowed;
It is forbidden to throw rice and confetti;
Decoration like flowers and balloons are granted, but we kindly ask the total removal at the end of the celebration, because on the next day the park opens to the public at 9.00 am.;
For any different kind of decoration or any particular material please inform the administration that will allow or not any eventual utilization.
Confirmation:
the Final Confirmation of the client must reach us within 7 months before the (definitive) reserved date;
in case of a ceremony with only aperitif (no lunch / no dinner) a final confirmation will not be given from our side, before 6 months of the requested date.
